DP-I Sensors

DP-I - Integrated Electronics Digital Sensors

Designed for Tomorrow. Delivered Today.

The DP-I is Solartron’s latest advancement in digital probe innovation. It offers a compact, robust alternative to traditional DP sensors, combining modern electronics with world-leading sensor technology to deliver high precision in a streamlined, inline form.

DP-I System

Smarter Calibration for Greater Flexibility

Unlike older modules, the DP-I is calibrated to the sensor rather than the cable, allowing for easy replacement of either component without causing downtime. This design supports cable lengths of up to 10 meters without the need for recalibration, making fixture relocation simple. Just swap the cable and go.

Secure and Reliable Connections

The DP-I features an aluminium-pin connector with a physical lock, ensuring secure, high-quality connections. It is fully compatible with SI units and integrates seamlessly with all other Solartron products.

Orbit3 Compatibility and Future-Proof Design

One of the standout benefits of the DP-I is its seamless Orbit3 compatibility. No software changes are required, and the network remains operational even if a probe is disconnected, thanks to the hotswap functionality. This future-proofed design is aligned with the next generation of Orbit systems, ensuring long-term integration and scalability.

Compact, Durable, and Versatile

The DP-I offers unmatched flexibility, reliability, and performance. With its sturdy build and smaller footprint, smaller than the probe itself, the DP-I sets a new standard for digital measurement modules.
